What is changing?

Depending on where you live, you'll have new delivery days to choose from, and you can update them any time to suit you. Away until Tuesday? Simply get your box delivered that night! We've also introduced some new order cut-off days, so there's less time between choosing your menu and it arriving at your door.

What is an order cut-off day?

Basically, your order cut-off is the day and time that you need to finalise your menu by each week. Your nominated payment method will be charged the day after your order cut-off. You can find your cut-off day by heading to the My Menu page on the website.

Great question! And the good news is, it's super simple. If you're looking to update your delivery day for a single week, head to the 'My Menu' page on your account, select the week you'd like to change, and click 'Edit Delivery'. If you want to update your delivery day for all future orders, just head to the 'Plan Settings' in your account, scroll down to 'Delivery' and edit away!
